Wonderful story of the rescue fat Retriever named Kai
He weighed over 78 pounds and was in the verge of death. However, Golden Retriever Kai got a second chance. Because love and care can work wonders — there were those who helped to lose weight dog beyond recognition and actually gave him a new dog's life.
That's what happened with Kai, a beautiful and friendly Golden Retriever. Restormel dog, the owner decided to get rid of it.
Tired of the hassle, the owner brought Kai to euthanasia, but the vet saved Retriever.
The good doctor turned to the animal protection organization Misfits of Alberta Animal Rescue.
Soon pam Heggie took Kai.
Retriever weighed in at 78.5 kg and needed to lose half its own weight. Kai spent 20 minutes to climb the stairs at pam's house.
The new owner knew that the slimming process will be long and hard. But unlike the previous owner of Kai, pam refused him.
No matter what, pam doesn't blame the owners:
Kai was put on a strict diet and began to drive to training in the water to strengthen legs and develop endurance. Three times a day, pam took the dog for a walk.
Some time later, the Retriever was able to climb stairs and even run in the Park. The progress was stunning.
Nearly a year the dog dropped 45 kg, and was able to return to normal life.
