When Wedding Photography becomes Art: the winners of the MyWed Award 2017
Modern wedding photography has become the quintessence of all photographic styles and trends. This complex genre requires the photographer to combine photojournalism, documentary and artistic photography. And when the master gets down to business, wedding photography smoothly passes into the category of art. MyWed, an online community of wedding photographers, recently published the works of the winners of its annual competition called MyWed Award.
MyWed Award is an annual professional award in the field of wedding photography. In this international competition initiated by Nikon and MyWed, there are 12 main nominations, 8 additional categories, as well as the main prize in the nomination "Photographer of the Year". Every year, the MyWed Award gathers the best photographers in the world with unsurpassed wedding pictures.
