What these pop stars might look like today if they were alive
You've probably heard of Club 27, a tragic list of famous people who passed away at this age, often because of the lifestyle they followed.
Many of the brightest and most talented people, unfortunately, follow a similar pattern, they shine very much and go out too early. Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain are high-profile examples of this, and, unfortunately, there are many more. But what if they are still with us? What would these icons look like, forever preserved in youth?
Sachs Media Group partnered with photo recovery company Phojoe to create a gallery of these departed legends, gracefully aged as a sign of what might have been if they had survived.

The Beatles founder, influential songwriter, and messenger of peace, John Lennon, was assassinated on December 8, 1980, at the age of 40. He would have been 77 years old.
2. Bob Marley.
The most influential reggae musician passed away on May 11, 1981, at the age of 36. He would have been 73 years old.
3. Elvis Presley.
The king of rock and roll passed away on August 16, 1977, at the age of 42. If he were alive today, he would be 83 years old.
4. Jimmy Hendrix.
Widely known as the greatest guitarist, Jimi Hendrix passed away on September 18, 1970, at the age of 27. He would have been 75 years old.
5. Kurt Cobain.
Considered by many to be the greatest rock musician of the 1990s. Kurt Cobain passed away on April 5, 1994, at the age of 27. If he were alive today, he would be 51 years old.
6. Jim Morrison.
The Doors singer-songwriter passed away on July 3, 1971, at the age of 27. He would have been 75 years old.
