Village of Emir Kusturica
This place has several names - Kyustendorf, Mechavnik, Drvengrad, but most people call this place "the village of Kusturica". It is located near the border with Bosnia, 250 kilometers from Belgrade, in a very picturesque mountainous area.

1. Looking at the surrounding beauty, you immediately understand why Emir Kusturica chose this place to build this village.
2. Fascinated by the local scenery, before reaching the village itself, I stopped every ten minutes.
3. It is a pity that with the help of photography it is impossible to convey the sensations that you experience when you take a sip of this air.
The idea of building this village was born during the filming of the film "Life is like a miracle", which took place in these places. On September 25, 2004, the day of the premiere of this film, the village was inaugurated.
