The one who thinks that yoga needs some special clothes, a quiet room and meditative music is mistaken. As yoga instructor Anja Khumlzhan says, harmony with yourself is all that will be useful to you, and everything else is secondary details. To demonstrate her skills, and at the same time "recruit" a couple of new yoga fans, she arranges improvised master classes on camera right on the streets of a big city, where there is not even a smell of tranquility.
At the moment, the girl, whose homeland is Slovenia, has visited many cities around the world with her Urban Yoga project, including New York, Paris and Madrid.
