We are already used to the fact that a smartphone or tablet performs a lot of computing or organizational tasks for us. It turned out that this is not the last degree of obsession with new technologies. Smartphones and tablets have replaced the brains of the people in this photo, and they have forgotten how to think.

Last week, a baby Franciscan dolphin, along with a relative, came ashore into the hands of vacationers in the resort of Santa Teresita (Buenos Aires, Argentina). The animals were fished out of the water so that two-legged morons people could take pictures with them.

The crowd surrounded the little dolphin, lifted him in his arms and held him in the open sun for a long time. People took pictures with him, carried him around the beach like a trophy. Apparently, choosing a good angle. Due to dehydration, the baby dolphin died right in the hands of vacationers.

Individuals did not realize that the animal had died, and continued to be photographed with it.

Everything happened quickly — dolphins have a very thick and oily skin. This means that they maintain a stable body temperature under water, but outside of it their body quickly dehydrates and dies. Experts from the Wildlife Foundation urged anyone who sees a dolphin washed up on the shore to send the animal back into the water as soon as possible.

Franciscan dolphins are considered a rare species — found only in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. There are about 30 thousand individuals of this subspecies left in the world.
