The photographer has not thrown out garbage for four years for the sake of a photo shoot

In 2011, photographer Antoine Repessé stopped throwing out garbage, and for a reason. Four years later, he created a photo series #365 Unpacked, which calls on society to pay attention to the role of a person as a consumer.

During these four years, the Repesse has accumulated about 70 cubic meters of garbage: 1600 milk bottles, 4800 toilet paper rolls and 800 kg of newspapers. The photographer shared all this for a stronger visual effect.

With the #365 Unpacked photo project, Repesse hopes to overcome the main problem that prevents people from understanding that we are littering the planet — there is not much garbage left behind in everyday life, so we do not notice it.
