A year ago, we told the incredible story of the photographer Micaela Noroc (Noroc Mihaela), who quit his job, took the savings and went travelling around the world. Her project, entitled "Atlas of beauty" (The Atlas Of Beauty) allows you to see the stunning photos of women in their natural environment — in places where they live and work.
Mink finds beauty in the people who remain true to their origin and culture and living your authentic self, sincerity and naturalness.
"Global trends make us look and behave the same way, she explains. But we are all beautiful because we are different. In the end, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and the viewer is always someone else".
Most recently, Michaela has been in East and South-East Asia. Via Instagram: @mihaelanoroc
"The Atlas of beauty" is a method by which Holes are documenting the incredible diversity of the human population.
"Maybe in 50 years all women all over the world will dress and act the same, she writes. I hope that my project will remain a witness to the cultures and traditions of my era."
