Sydney University students undressed for charity calendar
The season of new calendars for next year is in full swing: we have already written about Cambridge students who have released a calendar in the style of "nude". And this time their colleagues from the University of Sydney starred in a bold photoshoot. And all this again solely for charity: the money from the sales of the calendar will be donated to help farmers in Australia affected by drought.
Source: Daily MailMore than 60 students of the veterinary faculty took part in the filming in the farm entourage. Sheep, pigs, shepherd dogs not only create a rural flavor, but also provide chastity of photos, covering intimate details of naked bodies. The money raised from the sale of the calendar will go to the Farmers' aid fund of the state of New South Wales, which has been severely affected by the drought.
The agriculture of this Australian state is on the verge of disaster, because for several years in a row, the level of winter precipitation here has decreased to critical.
This year, July — the height of the Australian winter — was the hottest and driest in the last two decades. After that, the students decided that farmers could not do without their help. For veterinary students of the farm, such an entourage is certainly not new, and they feel quite natural surrounded by farm paraphernalia.
The author of the pictures for the calendar was a famous photographer from Sydney, Marilou Garozzo. It was she who suggested keeping the modesty and restraint of the pictures using dogs, lambs, pigs and other pets.
The participants of the shooting — both boys and girls — were dressed only in high cowboy boots and brown cowboy hats.
Molly Greentree, a 4th-year student and one of the project coordinators, said that they took the farmers' problems "to heart."
According to Molly Greentree, the organizers of the project were approached by a huge number of volunteers who wanted to take part in the shooting. This, she claims, is indisputable evidence that students really sympathize with the victims of the drought.
The university hopes to earn 10 thousand dollars (660 thousand rubles) from the sales of the calendar, which will be used for the purchase of hay and other urgent farming needs.
