On a warm May morning in 1986, London photographer Chris Dorley-Brown took his camera and went to the Rolls Royce car sale to take a couple of pictures. But when he went outside, he saw huge traffic jams on the roads and began photographing drivers languishing in cars.
The photographer spent five reels of film shooting, and a year later he continued working on the project he had started. As a result, the most colorful pictures were included in the collection Drivers in the 1980s and were published by the publishing house Hoxton Mini Press.
