Still lifes of frozen flowers
Bruce Boyd, a Belgian photographer, was fascinated by the way ice can transform various objects, and decided to create a series of images with frozen floral arrangements. For the past six months, the photographer and his girlfriend, who is a decorator, have created and captured more than a hundred different flowers, as well as other objects, inside the ice blocks. For their project, they used both clean and muddy water from natural reservoirs and even ordinary puddles.
