Sleep in the middle of the working day and a sleep instructor: how to work in Finnish offices
Not so long ago, an unusual "tradition" was born in Finland — sleeping in the middle of the working day. The most pleasant thing is that no one will scold you for such a dream, but on the contrary, because in this way the authorities stimulate the efficiency and productivity of their employees.

Finns have always been distinguished by their unusual approach to ordinary things. So they managed to turn their lunch break at work into something special. An additional half hour for a day's rest was added to it. During this time, a person has time to relax and gain new strength to perform work duties.
But the most surprising thing is not the practice of daytime sleep itself, but how exactly the Finns do it! To fall asleep in the middle of the working day, they hire a special instructor who helps them distract themselves from all extraneous thoughts and relax.
This happens in a separate office, equipped for a comfortable stay. Like representatives of all other professions, a sleep instructor receives a salary and, given the standard of living in Finland, it can be assumed that it is quite good.
