Scientists have found that it is better for women to sleep with dogs, and not with men
If you have a dog, then you probably noticed that when he curls up at night at your feet, he sleeps especially soundly. Scientists from the University of Buffalo, USA, became interested in this phenomenon and decided to check how it works and whether it works for everyone. It turned out that women are much more comfortable sleeping with a dog than with a man or even a cat.
To check the reliability of this fact, psychologists interviewed 962 women and found out that 55% of them sleep with a dog, 31% — with a cat, and 57% — with a person. At the same time, the most calm and high-quality sleep was observed in the first group. Further surveys have shown that in the company of a dog, ladies feel calmer and safer than next to their husband.
Scientists attribute this to the fact that people have different biorhythms and they most often wake up at different times, which interferes with each other. Psychologists say that the dog is an ideal sleep partner in this regard, since it has the ability to adapt to the human regime. I would like to add from myself that this conclusion is strange. It's hard to believe that none of the psychologists at the University of Buffalo was woken up at 5 am by a dog who wanted to go to the toilet.
But that's not all. It turns out that girls who are used to sharing a bed with a dog go to bed earlier, which means they get up earlier. Their working day is more productive. It remains to find out why sleeping with a cat turned out, according to the survey, to be as disturbing as with a person. We have always been sure that it is the cat that is the best "live sleeping pill" in the world.
Scientists around the world for some reason do not like men living in marriage. Researchers from Italy have determined that a woman should not just sleep separately from her spouse, but generally try to become a widow as soon as possible.
