Mary Helen Bowers, 34, from New York, is now 39 weeks pregnant. However, her passion for ballet, which she has been doing since childhood, is so strong that the expectant mother does not want to part with ballet "up to the very birth."

The approach of childbirth inspired her to create ballet training for pregnant women. “Continuing to work and dance even when pregnant, I feel a double return - I maintain a normal daily routine and at the same time I understand that my child is participating in it with me.”

“I endured pain and swelling while keeping my body strong and agile. I love training and will do it until the very end.”
