Photographer from Riga Andris Apshenieks (Andris Apshenieks) creates beautiful erotic portraits. Andris Apsheniks started filming in 2007 using a used Nikon digital camera. He independently mastered the wisdom of artistic photography, shooting landscapes and portraits.
In 2012, Andris began to create erotic portraits of women, inspired by classical paintings. The photographer is very attentive to the shooting. For some photo shoots, he prepares for more than a week. At the same time, the master says that sometimes ideas come completely spontaneously and he immediately brings them to life.
Apsheniks pays special attention to the selection of models. Beautiful appearance is not the most important criterion for him. A girl must have charisma and plasticity, as well as love her body. The photographer has not parted with some models since 2012!
For the first time, Andris Apsheniks showed his photographic works to a wide audience in 2014. It was a group exhibition in Riga. And just a year later he held a solo exhibition, which was a great success. The photographer says that the preparation for it took as much as 3 years.
In the same 2015, Apsheniks first showed his erotic photos at a foreign exhibition and immediately received a gold medal. Now he has more than 160 medals from exhibitions and competitions held in different parts of the world.
Photographer Olivier Valsecchi works in a similar style - he also uses the play of light and shadow, sand and water.
