Live Ken stopped with plastic surgery when he almost lost his nose after 43 operations
A man who went through 43 plastic surgeries to look like a living doll, Ken, quit surgery after almost losing his nose. 33-year-old Brazilian Rodrigo Alves corrected the shape of the nose for the sixth time, but everything went catastrophically wrong: tissue rejection and necrosis began. To correct the mistake, he had to undergo his seventh rhinoplasty.

But I have not given up on aesthetic cosmetology, because there are so many non-invasive procedures that replace plastic surgery. I do not give up in my attempts to stop the natural aging process," says Rodrigu.
Rodrigo Alves now lives in London. He has already spent more than 450 thousand dollars to look like the boyfriend of a Barbie doll, and recently also insured his body for a million pounds after an extra hole formed in his nose.
Alves, who was on vacation in Spain, had to pay 52 thousand dollars for an urgent nose reconstruction operation.
Speaking about the procedures that he will continue to use to look young, Rodrigu lists radiofrequency therapy and cavitation of the back and legs. "Soon I will have several more hair implants, and stem cells were injected into my bloodstream. I also underwent the latest Lipoglaze fat freezing procedure on my thighs, buttocks and waist. I want to look beautiful in swimming trunks," says the Brazilian.
"This really worries me, even after liposuction there is something that needs to be corrected, and I don't want to ever do liposuction again. However, I still don't exercise, so I need a little medical help to reduce the amount of fat in these areas. I just don't want to go through aggressive procedures anymore."

He was taken by ambulance to one of the hospitals in Malaga, where doctors found necrosis in him: the tissues began to die due to insufficient blood flow, a side effect after the sixth rhinoplasty. Doctors warned him that the infection could eat through his nose and turn into gangrene, and then he would have to cut off his nose completely.
In July, he underwent a ten-hour reconstruction operation, during which cartilage from his wrist was implanted into his nose. Rodrigo was so scared for his health that he promised never to go under the surgeon's knife again without an acute medical need.
