In England, a house with three bedrooms, a garden and the body of the previous owner is for sale
The house, recently put up for sale for 125 thousand pounds (almost 13 million rubles at the current exchange rate), is located in the English town of Middleton. For this money, the buyer will receive a part of a residential complex with three bedrooms, a large kitchen-dining room and its own winter garden.
The house has an eco-friendly heating system and solar panels. The city center is just a 10-15-minute drive away. It seems that this is a profitable purchase. But there is a surprise waiting for potential owners in the backyard – the body of the previous owner lies there.
Michael Jackson – that was his name – was born in this house and lived in it all his life. The man died at the age of 61. Shortly before his death, he managed to voice his last wish – to be buried in the courtyard of his house and remain forever in its history.
The grave was organized on the site of a former fish pond. Next to the place where the body of the Briton rests, relatives installed a stone bird bath and a wooden canopy. According to Michael Jackson's mother, her son loved his home very much, where he grew up in a large family with six brothers and sisters, and later raised his four children.
The man put his whole soul into the arrangement of his home, raised budgies, "racing" pigeons, rabbits, chickens and ducks. A British man died suddenly-choking during dinner.
According to local realtors, buying an unusual house is a good investment, if only future owners can put up with the view of the grave in the backyard and visits by family members to a deceased relative. The current owners agree to a reasonable bargain. But there are still no people willing to buy real estate.
