Humiliated King of Beasts
Two tourists, along with a guide, parked their car in the Masai Mara near the grazing animals to watch them. They could not even imagine that in a few minutes they would see the breathtaking scene of the humiliation of the king of beasts.

1. Probably, the lion tried to attack the newborn calf, which was guarded by adult animals. The buffaloes reacted instantly and, with their rebuff, frightened the predator so much that he had to climb a tree so as not to become a victim himself.
2. As the authors of the Daily Mail photo told, the buffaloes did not stop there: they began to walk in circles around the tree on which the lion was hanging.
3. Meanwhile, the predator began to slide down the trunk under the weight of his body, and he had no choice but to jump down and quickly retreat into the bushes.
