How Danes undress to celebrate the last days of summer
When the strengthened spring sun rays reach Copenhagen in mid-April and the temperature rises to 16 degrees Celsius, the streets are filled with pale tummies over camouflage shorts and feet in snow-white sandals that lead their owners to the beaches and fields along the city lakes.

Source: vice.comBut since the Earth has already plunged quite deep into August, soon the Danes will have to wait almost another year until their skin color turns dark red again, and the city will not be filled with the smell of after-sun lotion again. To celebrate the last days of the Danish summer, photographer Sarah Butman took her film camera to the streets of the city and captured how the people of Copenhagen undress, enjoying the last hot days of the year. And then soon they will have to go through 9 months of rain and gloomy sleepy heaviness in the sky again, which Peter would envy.
