Feminists and communists demand to close the first Parisian brothel with dolls because of the propaganda of rape
The first brothel in France with sex dolls instead of prostitutes was under threat of closure. Angry critics call the institution humiliating and propagandizing rape.
Located in an inconspicuous apartment in the city center, a business called Xdolls is registered as a gambling club. But critics of the institution claim that this is a real brothel, and brothels are prohibited in France.
Customers of the establishment pay 89 euros per hour to spend time with one of the three sex dolls - Kim, Lily or Sofia. With the "girls" you can retire in one of the three rooms. The exact address is reported to the client only after booking the time and paying online.
The owner of Xdolls, Joachim Lousquy, said that mostly his clients are men, but couples also come. Luski claims that the neighbors do not know about the nature of his business, and insists that the dolls are just sex toys and do not humiliate women.
But Communist MP Nicolas Bonnet Uljalj does not agree with him. Like many others, he calls for the closure of Xdolls, because in fact it is a brothel. Moreover, the deputy fears that the customers of the institution may transfer an offensive and humiliating model of behavior with dolls to real women.
The closure of Xdolls is also demanded by Lauren Questio, a representative of the Parisian feminist association Mouvement du Nid.
And according to Pierre Laurent, secretary of the Communist Party, some of the dolls for adults are small, so they can cause thoughts about intimate relationships with minors.
