Bern - Rendez-vous Bundesplatz
Petr Ushanov writes: “For the past 3 years in Bern, in the second half of October and throughout November, a light show has been shown on the building of the Federal Palace. Last year, Katerina and I went to the capital of Switzerland to watch and film this action.”

1. The program lasted 30 minutes, spun 2 times a day from October 18 to December 1, except for 2 days when the onion market came (by the way, I don’t understand why these two events are incompatible - they take place in different places).
2. The program consisted of 2 parts: 23 minutes - a fairy tale about a princess, sorcerers, witches, gold and bears. The second is just dynamic and beautiful mapping to music.
3. A fairy tale is a fairy tale, it was told in different voices. And this story is important for general perception. Sometimes there were quite static moments when it was just a speech. The locals laughed, but we did not understand anything, because everything is in German (even more likely in Swiss German). The pictures themselves are beautiful, almost no technical marriage was noticed.
4. The people - the darkness of darkness! Both run thousands of 4 people. And this is with drizzling rain, cold and the fact that it has been going on for more than a month. People said that on weekdays there are fewer spectators, but in general there are still a lot. The program is aimed at locals who come from all over the country to see it.
5. Naturally, there is a food point with sausages and mulled wine on the square.

8. Abra Kadabra! Gold - boil!
9. … mit gold …

11. Don't forget to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Bernese bear.

14. As I already wrote, at the end - just a dynamic mapping to the music.
15. In addition to shooting mapping, I was hoping to shoot a sunset over the city, but it did not work out either with the weather or with the backlight. Bern at night turned out to be dark, like a black night in a tightly packed village toilet without light.
This year the mapping will be at the same location from October 17th to November 30th. Also at 19:00 and 20:30. If you pass by, come on in.
