Beauty will save the world: selfless "Miss England" took off her crown to save coronavirus patients
Bhasha Mukherjee, who won the Miss England pageant in 2019, interrupted her trip as part of a charity tour and returned home to Britain to save lives in her hometown.
The girl is a model and a bachelor of medicine. Before winning the beauty contest, Bhasha worked as a junior doctor at the Pilgrim Clinic in Boston in eastern Britain, specializing in respiratory medicine.
This year, the Miss England beauty contest is being held in virtual mode for the first time in its history. Participants post photos in bikinis and upload videos of the fashion show right from home during quarantine.
