Bad electrodepo in Moscow
Bulgakov wrote: "Muscovites ruined the housing issue." Therefore, this year the Google readings of Mikhail Bulgakov's novel "The Master and Margarita" took place anywhere but in residential premises. In a bad apartment, the novel was not recited. Nevertheless, the museum became a partner of the literary action.
The mystical novel was read at the Mosfilm film studio, at the New Manege and among the trains of the Moscow electric depot "Sokol". In parallel, readings were held in St. Petersburg, Kazan, Vladivostok, four other Russian cities and even in Tel Aviv.

The project "Master and Margarita. I was there" timed to the 125th anniversary of Mikhail Bulgakov's birth and the 50th anniversary of the first edition of the novel. As part of the readings, the organizers use the latest high-speed Internet capabilities from MegaFon so that anyone can find themselves in the world of one of the most famous works of Russian literature of the XX century. This will be done using chromakey, as well as online broadcast in 360° format.
We managed to get to the most mysterious Moscow venue, the atmosphere of which, it seems, best conveys the mood of the novel — to the mysterious corners of the electric depot "Sokol".
The dim light, the quiet sound with which trains arrive at the "most final" stop — it seems that it was difficult to find the best scenery. Among the readers were not only popular stars, but also political figures, famous bloggers and, best of all, ordinary Muscovites — real fans of the novel "The Master and Margarita".
Each reader was offered a short excerpt from the novel. When they read aloud, the directors demanded to maintain complete silence on the set. The echoing halls echoed absurdly even from the slightest rustle.
