At risk to health: the blogger checked the most lousy establishments in his city, subscribers are delighted

A blogger from Canada, known by the nickname PhilipSolo, posted "extreme" reviews on his YouTube channel, in which he talked about food and services in establishments that have earned the worst reputation in the city. As it turned out later, it is quite justified…

Smelly lobster, dirty mattresses and a careless attitude are only a small part of what the curious reviewer had to go through. Let's see how he did it.

For his "research", Philip chose establishments whose rating ranges from 1-2 stars out of 5. The blogger said that actually he was not some kind of hater, but just wanted to have fun. Unfortunately, everything was so bad that subscribers are now worried about his health.

First, Philip made a review of the local lousy fast food cafe, in which (drum roll!) lobster is served.

The comments that he had read in advance about this catering point did not inspire an appetite at all…

The blogger wanted to place an order by phone, but they didn't even answer him. The guy did not give up — he got dressed and went to the cafe himself, where he was met by surprised waiters:

Later, the blogger sincerely regretted his choice:

Besides the smelly lobster, Philippe ordered French onion soup and doner. When he got home, he began to taste the dishes.

The doner was really not bad, but the soup was a little pumped up. The dish was too watery.

The highlight of the program was the lobster. It was neatly wrapped in foil, and as a side dish, French fries and garlic bread were put on it.

But even this did not save the situation. The lobster turned out to be so "fragrant" that, as Philip says, "my nose stung and my eyes watered." It is not known how long the arthropod lay waiting for its buyer, but one thing was clear for sure — the lobster was inedible. Despite this, Philip still took a chance and tried a couple of pieces, and then just threw the bundle off the balcony.

A week later, Philip decided to release a sequel, making a review of the worst motel in town. The institution received only 2 stars, and several more fines for violating sanitary standards.

The first time Philip arrived there was at midnight. He rang the bell, knocked on the door, even shouted, but they never opened it for him. The same story happened the next day.

The blogger arrived at four o'clock in the afternoon, but the owner did not let him on the threshold, saying that he was busy painting the walls. Suspicious, because there was not even a trace of paint anywhere. Philip decided to go all the way. Taking his girlfriend in his arms, he offered the owner $ 100 (more than 6 thousand rubles) for a room for an hour. He was allowed in, which the guy himself soon regretted very much…

The room's furnishings were terrifying—there was dust and dirt everywhere. The old yellow mattresses standing on two planks did not add comfort either. Mold and a dent from a blow on the door were found in the bathroom. And in the nightstand, someone's glasses and a knife were lying around forlornly, and there was also something that resembled traces of drugs.

Commentators were divided into two camps. Some are sure that Philip has nothing else to do, and he is torturing himself in vain, others thanked him for important information and asked to continue.

For this, the blogger has already started an account on Patreon, where he is raising funds to create new videos. Philip wrote that he would be ready to travel around the country and stay in the worst motels when the audience would pay him at least $ 500 a month. So far, the blogger has managed to earn only $21.
