An American artist has placed a camera in her vagina and is photographing her lovers
We have been thinking for a long time whether to write about it or not, but we decided to share it with you, because it is simply impossible to keep it to ourselves. Brooklyn-based artist Dani Lessnau uses her vagina as a camera lens. Her body is a vessel with which she captures intimate moments between her and her lovers, believing that this is a way to turn vulnerability into strength.
"I made a pinhole camera out of old cassettes," the artist said in an interview with Bust Magazine. — I insert the camera and hold it as long as I can. Then I pull a piece of tape cassette to open the diaphragm. Depending on the intensity of the light, I keep it inside me for one to two minutes and then pull it out again. The shutter speed allows you to make the frames more blurry."
According to Dani, all her men know about the shooting in advance and do not refuse to pose.

31-year—old Dani Lessnau became involved in photography during a difficult period of her life - she was trying to get used to a chronic disease that was not treated. "The illness woke me up and opened up a new kind of vulnerability in my body. I have always subconsciously felt that vulnerability is not an opposition to strength at all. I felt that it was the same thing, but I needed to find a perspective where the two concepts can intertwine, and not be the opposite." According to the artist, her partners were not against this form of self-expression. "They knew I was exploring different levels of intimacy. I explained that I was working on a project and would like them to become part of it."Keywords: Vagina | Sex | Lover | Body | Photographer
