Visiting the Venetian sights usually makes you turn up your nose higher: this way it is more convenient to consider the beauty of buildings and a sweeping perspective. But in general, this is only one half of the city of St. Mark. The second one lies right under your feet.
Very few tourists pay attention to the coolest city mosaic floors, right on which they walk. So when German photographer Sebastian Erras visited Venice, he turned the lens down and took some photos of this underrated work of art.
