The film Rajneeti was released on June 25, 2017. In one of the scenes, Khan dictated the number of his hero. Usually fake numbers are used in movies, but this time something went wrong. It was a real number of Ijajul Mia's auto rickshaw, and one scene turned his life into a nightmare. A few weeks after the release of the film, the phone number was scattered among Khan's fans. In five days Mia received about 500 calls from women looking for communication with a popular actor.

"Every day I received hundreds of calls from female fans of Khan. They said: "Hi Shakib, I'm your fan. Do you have two minutes to talk to me?""

At some point, the calls began to be heard so often that Mia's wife thought her husband was cheating on her.

"I am a new husband, I have a daughter. When the calls started coming in, my wife thought I was having an affair."

Mia is now wondering whether to sell her house to get rid of the obsessive attention. But he can't change his number, because it will be a blow to the business and the loss of regular customers. Mia filed a lawsuit against Khan, the film's director Bulbul Biswas and producer Ashfaq Ahmad for using personal data without permission. He says he now spends most of the day answering calls and is demanding $60,000 in damages.

The victim 's lawyer Majid said: "It's a scam to use a personal number without permission. Until we settle the matter, we asked to suspend the screening of the film."

The case will be considered in court on December 18, 2017.
