Photographer Timothy Archibald began capturing the unique habits of his autistic son in pictures, trying to fight his terrible diagnosis in this way. But simple documentation has turned into something more. Timothy was not only able to get closer to his son by studying his inner world, he also learned not to keep everything under control, allowing the boy to take the initiative.

"I never wanted Elijah to think he was normal. I wanted him to be more attentive to himself, so that he could sort himself out. I tried to convey to him that he is not like everyone else, and this is his advantage," Timothy said.
