Fragrant freshly brewed coffee can energize you for the whole day, warm you up in cold weather and cheer you up. Breakfast — and not only it — becomes much more pleasant and tastier if you supplement it with this drink.

1. Coffee "Oflameron" (recipe of 1901)

Dilute the vanilla in a small amount of water. Pour water into the turk. Dip a teaspoon into the vanilla mixture and use the same spoon to take the coffee. Pour the coffee into the turku and cook over moderate heat. As soon as the foam forms, add champagne to the coffee. Keep the turk on the fire until a strong foam appears, after that you can assume that the coffee is ready. Serve the drink in a small cup.
2. "Magic Coffee"

Make coffee, adding cinnamon and nutmeg in the process. Mix the condensed milk and cocoa thoroughly together. Pour half a portion of brewed coffee into a cup, put the resulting mass (condensed milk and cocoa) in the same place and mix. Add the remaining coffee to the cup. Sprinkle the ground almonds on top and serve.
3. Oriental coffee with chocolate

Grind the chocolate to a crumb state. Cut the lemon into slices. Put coffee and sugar in the turk, rub it and pour boiling water. Add salt and bring to a boil. Pour in a teaspoon of water and distribute the coffee into the cups. Add a few teaspoons of ice cream. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top and serve with lemon.
4. Don Juan Coffee

Pour rum into a glass and set it on fire. Rotate the glass with the burning liquid for a few seconds. Pour in the liqueur, and then the hot coffee. Carefully, on the handle of a teaspoon, pour the cream so that they remain on the surface of the drink. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top and serve immediately.
5. Swiss coffee with ice

Strain the coffee prepared in advance and leave to cool. Fill half of a small saucepan with water and put it on the fire. In a bowl, break the chocolate. As soon as the water in the pan boils, put a bowl of chocolate on top. Remove the chocolate melted in a water bath from the heat. Mix the ground cinnamon, hot chocolate and coffee, let it cool down a little. Whisk the cream until it is airy. Put a couple of pieces of ice in a thick-walled glass, pour coffee with chocolate, garnish with whipped cream on top. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top and serve.
6. Swedish coffee

Make coffee, pour it into cups and let it cool down a little. Add the egg yolk and rum whipped with sugar. Serve the cream separately and add to taste.
