5 lemonade recipes for hot summer days
In the sweltering heat, there is nothing better than a glass of cold refreshing lemonade. Therefore, we have collected several original recipes for this drink. Be sure to try making them at home!

You will need:

Cut half of 1 orange and 1/4 lemon into slices. Squeeze juice from the remaining fruit. Pour juice and syrup into a jug, add mint, after crushing it a little in the palms. Fill the pitcher halfway with ice. Top up the rest with sparkling water. If necessary, add more syrup to the desired degree of sweetness. You can also use still water.
2. Mint Lemonade
You will need:

Place sugar in a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, put mint in the resulting syrup and let cool. Squeeze juice from citruses. Mix juice and cooled syrup in a jug (discard mint), top up with soda. Serve in glasses with ice, mint sprig and lemon or orange slices.
3. Peach Lemonade

Pitted and peeled peaches (pulp) chop and put in a bowl. Squeeze juice from limes and lemons there, add sugar. Pour in water and grind in a blender until smooth. Serve with ice.
4. Raspberry lemonade with limoncello

From 200 ml of water and sugar, boil the syrup, remove it from the heat. Put the berries in the syrup and crush them. Strain the syrup through a sieve to remove the pits and set aside. Squeeze juice from lemon. Add to syrup, pour in the remaining water and limoncello. Serve with ice, mint and raspberries.
5. Classic lemonade
You will need:

Cut the zest from lemons and oranges, squeeze out the juice, put everything in a saucepan. Add 3 tbsp. l. sugar, pour 700 ml of boiling water. Cool and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Strain through a large sieve, add the remaining sugar, stir. Dilute with soda and serve.
