11 celebrities have copied their colleagues' outfits and we can't decide who wins this fashion battle
Some world-famous celebrities hire a team of stylists and makeup artists to make every public appearance spectacular and original. But not everyone manages to look unique. Sometimes celebrities purposefully copy their colleagues. While some of them do it very delicately, borrowing only a few details and distinctive features, others copy the costumes in full.
We found out which world-famous celebrities secretly use each other and find inspiration in the views of other people. It turned out that even those who are considered fashionable icons were caught plagiarizing several times.

1. Kate Middleton and Kaitlyn Jenner.
In 2015, Caitlyn Jenner began to frequently appear in public and pose for the paparazzi in sophisticated outfits. It looks like she decided to learn from the experience of her acclaimed style icon, Kate Middleton, from whom she took a lot of ideas for her looks. For example, Caitlin's blue lace dress is very reminiscent of the outfit the Duchess of Cambridge chose for a public event in 2011.
2. Rihanna and Rita Ora.
Ever since Rita Ora first appeared in show business, people have started comparing her to Rihanna. And there were reasons for this - many of her outfits clearly resemble the dresses of the singer from Barbados. Rita was inspired by Rihanna's casual and evening outfits, as well as her stage costumes. For example, Rita wore a high-slit satin dress on the red carpet 2 years after Rihanna shone brightly in a similar outfit.
3. Naomi Campbell and Kim Kardashian.
Kim Kardashian borrowed many ideas from Naomi and appeared in public in the same dresses and outfits. In 2019, she donned the iconic leopard-print jumpsuit that Campbell wore at the 1991 fashion show.
4. Madonna and Lady Gaga.
In 2011, a serious scandal erupted around Lady Gaga's name - many noticed that her new track "Born This Way" is very similar to Madonna's hit. These singers have similarities not only in their music but also in style. Lady Gaga has been seen on several occasions in outfits that clearly resemble Madonna's signature style, such as tapered bras, mesh tights, corsets, high leather boots, and other garments.
5. Kate Moss and Sienna Miller.
The Cold War between Kate Moss and Sienna Miller has been going on for over 10 years. As usual, it all started with a man. The fact is that Miller stole Jude Law from the model's best friend, actress Sadie Frost. And the fact that Sienna draws inspiration from Kate's clothes only adds fuel to the fire. Striped jeans and sweaters, leopard prints, fur coats and jackets, fringe - these elements of clothing give us reason to believe that she borrows Kate's ideas.
6. Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande.
Grande imitates her idol, Mariah Carey, in everything - in her manner of performance, style of music, demeanor, and attitudes. And it seems that she is not even trying to hide it. Short tops, denim shorts, tight dresses with corsets - all these clothing ideas were borrowed from Carey's wardrobe. But Ariana also has her own signature style that many of her fans have adopted - her famous high ponytail.
7. Victoria Beckham and Chloe Moretz.
When Chloe Moretz began dating Brooklyn Beckham, the luxurious dresses she loved were replaced by the business-like outfits that Victoria is partial to. Trouser suits, blouses, classic coats, large jackets - it seems that the actress borrowed all these ideas from her potential mother-in-law. And although Chloe and Brooklyn have already parted, the young star still appears in such strict and laconic outfits to this day.
8. Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
Younger children often copy their older siblings, and the Kardashian sisters have not escaped this tradition. At the beginning of her career, Kylie took ideas for her outfits from Kim several times. Since then, it seems that Jenner has found her own style - but from time to time, outfits related to her sister's appearance still appear in her wardrobe. But Kim doesn't seem to be worried. In 2017, she and Kylie launched a cosmetic line together, and they looked almost the same during a photoshoot for an advertising campaign.
8. Kate Middleton and Princess Diana
While some celebrities are inspired by Kate Middleton's style, the Duchess herself considers her mother-in-law a role model. Her numerous outfits, which bear similarities to Princess Diana's iconic appearance, support this assumption. For example, the look the Duchess chose for the 2006 parade was likely borrowed from Princess Diana.
10. Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston.
Brad Pitt's ex-wives are always compared to each other in the media and on social media. And the media have their own reasons for this. Their fans have noticed that some of Jolie's outfits have something in common with Aniston's. In particular, the floor-length black dress with a high slit that Angelina wore at the 2012 Oscars is reminiscent of the Aniston dress she wore to a public event in 2010.
11. Christina Aguilera and Kim Kardashian.
It turns out that Kim Kardashian finds inspiration not only in Naomi Campbell's wardrobe but also in the style of Christina Aguilera. Fans have noticed that her snow-white outfit with cowboy leather pants is very similar to the legendary image of the singer's music video, Dirrty. It's also interesting that Kim's little sister, Kylie Jenner, has already recreated this outfit down to the smallest detail.
