Two twin dancers showed stretching in a playful morning photo shoot

Twin sisters Emilia and Alina Welbrok are 24 years old, both of them are professional models and dancers originally from Ukraine. Recently, the girls spontaneously starred in a candid photo shoot in the kitchen: they help each other with stretching and sit on the splits right on the stove and kitchen table.

The author of the photo shoot, graphic designer and photographer Karsten Thun, often shoots dancers and dancers in atypical conditions. He says that no one planned this shooting: "Fortunately, I had a camera with me and I was able to capture these beautiful girls at the right moment."

The Welbrok sisters are from Ukraine, but they have been living in Germany for the last 14 years, and these pictures were taken in Hamburg. Here they entered the stage school to learn how to dance, play and sing professionally. In a few weeks, Emilia will go on tour with the musical Monster High, in which she plays the main role, and Alina toured with the musical Grease in 2014.

The girls dream of one day performing on stage together as twins, and they are sure that they will be able to captivate the audience. In the meantime, they are warming up at home: "We had a lot of joint dance numbers, and so we arranged a morning stretch in the kitchen and spontaneously took pictures."
