The blind cat family has finally found a home

Meet Blue the cat and his sisters Meadow and Little Willow, a family of blind cats who were lucky: Catherine Magno took them to her house. The story of these animals began before the Catholic Christmas in 2014, when three kittens were found in an abandoned warehouse in Dubai. By that time, they had already gone blind due to cat flu, from which the previous owner did not treat them. After that, the cats went to the shelter. One day Blue was almost taken away by a neighbor of the former owner, but the poor cat could not live without his sisters and cried all night looking for them. Soon they found themselves together again in overexposure, until Catherine took them under her wing on February 19, 2015.

"I didn't have any experience because I took the first rescued kitten home just a couple of months ago," the woman says. "But their story touched me so much that I felt bad just from the thought that they would live indefinitely in a cage in a veterinary clinic or even worse."

Catherine was worried that her new friends needed special care. "I thought it would not only be difficult, but it would also require me to adapt in many ways," says the owner of the cat family. However, in reality everything turned out to be different. "The only point of adaptation from the very beginning was to leave all things where they were, but they (the cat and cats) adapt very well. Blind animals see with their hearts."
