We spread the ruddy onion on a napkin, which will absorb excess oil, and this is where the sophisticated part ends. Then everything is according to the classics. Fry the sausages, put them in cut rolls and pour ketchup with mustard. Now onions and sliced cucumbers. That's it, you're in Copenhagen.

You can eat delicious French fries at home only if you cook it yourself. Because while the delivery is going, the potatoes will cool down and lose all their charm. Select several large tubers and cut into identical bars with a cross-section of about a centimeter by a centimeter. Then lower them for about ten minutes in cold water to remove excess starch. Then wipe with paper towels.

To check if the desired temperature has been reached, lower one slice. If it hissed and surfaced, you can lay the rest of the potatoes. When the slices turn golden, stir and wait another minute. We recommend salting already on a plate, and not during frying. And do not try to use the oil again.
