"I had no choice. I had to take care of your health or suffer the consequences. It all started after a family holiday in August 2016. Difficult at one point to change their diet. I've been eating pizza, burgers and fries. Over the years I have tried several different diets and found that some of them are quite not suitable in the long term.
Started with system of nutrition Whole30 — no sugar, dairy products and grain. For a month lost five pounds, but it was hard not to eat most favorite foods, and cooking took too much time.
Then tried interval fasting — you can eat any food, but at certain hours. It was convenient to have Breakfast at 11am and dinner at 7pm. That is 8 hours I can have 16 hours fasted. Although all you can eat, I tried to eat healthy and nutritious food.
Finally, I experimented with the ketogenic diet, which, despite the peak of popularity, is not new. 100 years ago it was used to treat drug-resistant epilepsy, especially in children. I liked it because you could have a lot of favorite fatty foods. However, it turned out that if you stick to this diet for a long time, it does more harm than good.
In the end, I came to the conclusion that a strict diet and rules do not work. They will help to get rid of weight in a short period, but if you want a healthy body and to lose weight forever, then you just eat healthy the rest of your life.
I made up for myself a balanced diet and drink three liters of water a day.

After a few months, we have complicated exercise program. I do not become a juicer, but workouts help to stay in shape and not lose muscle mass. It is important to find something that works for your body and finally start.
You can, like me, to sign up to the gym to coach or, if you have enough self-discipline to study at home via online courses. The goal is to do at least 30 minutes.
I'm not a doctor, not a personal trainer and not a nutritionist. I don't know in what condition now your body. But the majority of people, nothing prevents to choose healthier foods.
