The story of an American young man that happened to him 18 years ago is like a real fairy tale or a love melodrama. With the only exception that it was all real.

Seven-year-old Tyrel Wolf took part in a charity event called "Operation Christmas Child "back in 2000. The boy put school stationery, toys, a letter and his photo in a shoe box. After Tyrel's parents took the box to the church, the boy safely forgot about it. And the parcel itself at this time went to a poor Filipino family.

No one thought about it until a girl named Joana Marchan wrote to Tyrel on Facebook in 2009. Not knowing who it was, the guy decided not to answer.

Soon the girl knocked on Tyrel's door again, and then he asked who she was. Joan told him about a package sent about ten years ago with a letter and a photo card. It turns out that the girl even wrote a reply letter, but it was lost somewhere.

By this time, Tyrel had completely forgotten about the charity event and even asked his mother if it really happened. My mother confirmed everything, and the young people began to communicate.

After a year of communication, they decided to meet. Tyrel earned money for the trip and went to Manila. The young man was terribly worried, because this was his first trip and besides, he was all alone. However, when he met Joana at the airport, he realized that all the worries were in vain.

Which, in fact, he did, only for a month already. This second meeting predetermined everything. Tyrel asked his parents for Joan's hand in marriage, and they agreed. The lovers got married in America at the ranch of the groom's parents.
