If the left testicle is lower than the right one, while the difference in distance is insignificant, and the man does not experience discomfort — this is the norm, you don't have to worry. However, if the "body" has dropped quite strongly, and walking and even just sitting cause inconvenience, then this is a serious reason to make an appointment for a doctor's examination.
