Why did the author of the LinguaLeo application stab his own sister with a knife

The creator of the popular mobile application for learning foreign languages LinguaLeo Ainur Abdulnasyrov killed his sister, stabbing her 8 times. According to preliminary data, the tragedy arose on the basis of aggressive behavior of a 47-year-old woman suffering from schizophrenia. The killer did not hide from law enforcement and confessed to the crime himself.

According to Ainur Abdulnasyrov, on May 2, 2019, he was in the kitchen of their shared family home in the village of Dyurtyuli when his sister unexpectedly attacked him.

Defending himself from a mentally ill woman, the programmer stabbed her several times with a knife that happened to be in his hands. From wounds to the neck, which caused severe bleeding, the victim died on the spot. The body was discovered a few hours later by the Abdulnasyrovs' mother, who returned home.

Ainur confessed to the murder and a criminal case was opened against him under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Murder". The accused actively cooperates with law enforcement officers during the initial investigative actions. It has already become known that the victim was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 1996 and she repeatedly showed aggression both to her family members and to strangers

Ainur was annoyed by his sister's painful condition, as she was constantly talking to herself and doing unpredictable things. In 2006, a woman insulted her brother's girlfriend when he brought her home, which enraged him.

Shortly before her death, Elvira Abdulnasyrova's condition worsened and she began attacking people with a hammer or a knife. At the moment of another attack of aggression, the knife was in the hands of her brother, which led to the tragedy. Until July 5 Abdulnasyrov will be in custody.
