By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/what-do-women-do-when-instagram-followers-dont-look-at-them.htmlA few years ago, illustrator Sally Nixon launched the project " 365 " - she decided to create one illustration every day for a whole year. Coming up with original ideas with such frequency is difficult, so Sally began to look for inspiration in her own life. Now she depicts simple everyday moments familiar to many of us in her drawings.
The artist wanted to show the natural side of women, which is behind the glossy selfies from social networks and filters. The heroines of her illustrations take a shower, walk around the house naked, lazily watch TV shows and eat chips right in bed (to be honest, judging by Nixon's drawings, in her free time she mostly eats something).
"My heroines have imperfect bodies and imperfect habits, and this makes them understandable and familiar. My stories take place in the bathroom, in the restaurant, in the bedroom amid the clutter. My goal is to turn everyday routine into something special, " says the girl.
