Photographer Kirk Crippens came to Portland for five weeks on business. During his business trip, he lived in Portland and worked on a report about the economic crisis. But, having managed to get acquainted with many local residents, the photographer also decided to make a series of portraits of these outstanding people. This is how the photo project “Portraitland” appeared, in which the most diverse residents of Portland were lit up.
Kirk's album turned out to be more than colorful. There are both ordinary people and very rare specimens.
