By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/what-do-200-calories-look-like.htmlWe all know perfectly well that different foods have different caloric content. But how many people can imagine what this difference looks like in reality? The most curious and those who follow the diet will certainly be interested in the study of the information site wiseGEEK, which demonstrates various products in an amount containing the same number of calories — 200. For clarity of comparison, all photos were taken by the same camera on identical plates with a diameter of 26 cm and bowls with a diameter of 16 cm.
We sorted the photos from less caloric foods to more caloric ones. Please keep in mind that this project pays attention only to the number of calories (which, by the way, an adult needs to consume an average of 2000-2500 daily!) and it does not affect other equally important indicators that make up the nutritional value of the product.
