This was once again proved by the artist from Turkey Deniz Sagdıç (Deniz Sağdıç). She decided to create from the waste left by passengers at Istanbul airport. Denise was able to find a use for the most useless garbage, creating beautiful portraits. She exhibited her paintings in airport waiting rooms.

Deniz Sagdych used plastic bags and glasses, bottle caps, wire trimmings and much more in her work. The artist was able to find a use even for discarded elements of airport employees' uniforms. The work on the masterpieces from the garbage lasted for many months. But now passengers and just visitors to one of the airport terminals can enjoy unusual paintings.

Deniz Sagdych's exhibition was named "Zero Point" (Zero Point). The main theme of the exhibition, as you have already understood, is the problem of ecology. The author wanted to emphasize once again the enormous pressure exerted by humanity on the environment.

According to the artist's idea, portraits made of garbage should symbolize the unpleasant contribution of each of us to the destruction of a fragile ecological balance. The exhibition will last for three months and during this time hundreds of thousands of residents and guests of the Turkish capital will be able to see it. Denise visits her exhibition every day and conducts author's excursions for everyone.

It is already known that collectors from different parts of the world are looking forward to the completion of the author's exhibition. There will be a serious struggle for the right to own paintings by Deniz Sagdych at auctions.

Even more interesting works of the Turkish artist can be found on her Instagram account. Garbage paintings are very cool. But there are also larger-scale creative projects related to waste. In 2011, German artist Hans Schult built a hotel from garbage collected on the beaches of Europe.
