By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/this-is-not-photoshop-12-pictures-the-reality-of-which-is-hard-to-believe.htmlNow it is increasingly difficult to determine the authenticity of photos, because every second person knows how to use Photoshop (well, almost everyone) and tries to "improve" the pictures with it. Because of this, edited frames are often mistaken for real ones. Or vice versa…
Below we want to show you a dozen photos that many mistakenly consider photoshopped. What is happening on them is so amazing that it's hard to believe.
It seems as if someone carefully "cut" this road with a stationery knife. In fact, the photo shows the consequences of a strong earthquake in Japan. It can be assumed that the lanes of the highway were built separately and that is why they diverged so precisely.
Kitty Venus was born with a rare anomaly: her body consists of genetically heterogeneous cells. This phenomenon is called chimerism. Thanks to this, Venus received eyes of different colors and a rather unusual color, made as if under a stencil.
People used to think that you can only see clouds in the sky, but Dutch artist Berndnaut Smilde has his own opinion on this. The man skillfully recreates floating objects right in the museum premises. And they look so plausible that looking at them, I want to pinch myself: is this really a dream?
63-year-old Sheikh Hamad Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan decided to perpetuate himself by choosing a rather unusual way to do this. The man wrote his name in the sand so that it could be seen even from space. It took a team of specialists a whole week to "write" the giant word "HAMAD" on a small island. The dimensions of the inscription reached 1 km in height and 3 km in length, so that it was clearly visible from the satellite. However, today there is no trace of this monument to selfishness.
Square waves? Does this happen?! It happens if we are talking about a phenomenon called Cross-waves ("Cross waves"). This is a state of the sea with two wave systems moving at right or sharp angles. Some waves are caused by certain weather conditions, others by the direction of the wind.
Usually, quite strong currents are created in such waves, so they pose a danger to both swimmers and ships.
It seems incredible that these birds lined up in the shape of... birds! However, the famous photographer Robert B. Haas will not let you lie. The photo really shows a huge and completely real flock of flamingos resting in shallow water off the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Maybe we don't know something and these birds staged a flash mob?
Seeing similar photos on the Internet, we immediately think that we have stumbled upon another photo montage. In this case, I would even like it to be true, because these teeth look too disgusting in the mouth of a fish.
Nevertheless, the picture shows quite a real (and edible) fish called brown paku. She has large rectangular teeth, which makes them incredibly similar to human ones. With its powerful jaws, paku can not only bite through the body of prey, but also crack walnuts.
This amazing pink lake, which is called Retba in the language of the Wolof people, is located near the Green Cape peninsula. The shore here is white as milk, and the water is pink as cranberry jelly, thanks to which this reservoir has acquired a completely fabulous look.
The unique color of this lake is explained by the fact that cyanobacteria live in it. These are one of the few microorganisms that can survive in such salty water: in Pink Lake, the salt concentration is 380 grams per liter, which is 1.5 times more than in the Dead Sea.
There is not a drop of Photoshop in this photo! However, as well as magic. Here is an American named Billy Owen, who lost part of his nasopharynx, upper palate and right eye due to a rare form of cancer. Now a man can scare people with such tricks: in order to put his finger in the eye socket, it is enough for him to take out a prosthetic plate.
Billy used to be a mechanic, but now he makes a living playing the role of zombies in movies, music videos, freak shows and on television.
It seems that this katran was simply not destined to survive. At first, a group of scientists tried to catch the fish, but when the prey was already on their hook, a shark's mouth suddenly appeared from the sea. With one skillful and precise movement, the shark swallowed the katran, after which it disappeared into the water again.
Everyone who sees this photo is 100% sure that in front of them is just a skillful photo manipulation. In fact, the picture shows a hibiscus bush covered with volcanic ash. After the eruption of the volcano, a new flower suddenly bloomed on it. This photo was taken in Indonesia, a country with high volcanic activity.
And this, unfortunately, is also not Photoshop. The horns of this watussi bull are quite real, and each of them reaches a length of almost 100 centimeters! True, an animal named Kren died in 2010 due to cancerous tumors that arose in his horns.
