It took 500 kg of flour, 1000 eggs, 300 kg of sugar, 50 kg of glaze and mastic to prepare the Easter cake. In total, 10 people worked on the giant Easter cake - bakers, cooks, artists and an architect.
2. More than 700 figurines were made to decorate Easter cake. The culinary masterpiece was decorated with figurines of the famous buildings of Moscow - the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, City Hall, Moscow State University, the Bolshoi Theater.
