The prize is awarded by the government of Moscow for the best photos from the capital in the categories "Faces", "Architecture", "Events".
The lens contestants were protests everyday modern Lenin, the transition to adulthood, Metropolitan high-rise, of course "expressed" the idea of the necessity of change, and more.
