The victory of the "Brutal Boat" at Red Bull Jump & Freeze 2017By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/the-victory-of-the-brutal-boat-at-red-bull-jump-freeze-2017.html
At the Red Bull Jump & Freeze aquashow, participants ski and snowboard down the mountain and jump into the pool. But the "Brutal Boat" team consisting of Andrey and Slava showed the judges and the audience a new level of creativity. Their costume, if you can call it that, was a long boat densely populated with a colorful menagerie — there were an elephant, an octopus, a giraffe, a crocodile, a crab and even a giant fly.
Each of the animals held a pair of oars in their paws (or claws), "paddling" the participants and creating an absolutely surreal impression. The technical side of the jump was also on top. Andrey and Slava got into the "brutal" team in horse and pig costumes, and the pig raced down the slope backwards. The creation of the costume took more than two months, and the descent itself took no more than 15 seconds.

As it turned out, the guys have already won three times in the past years. They debuted with a paired moose costume, in 2014 they won in the image of a Gorynych Snake, and in 2016 they came up with a "Wheelbarrow with a Worker" costume. Moreover, the wheelbarrow man was riding on his hands with a bucket of snow on his back, and the worker was rolling after him, holding his legs.
This time their reward was a certificate for a trip to the Red Bull Flugtag, which will take place on August 13 on the Rowing Channel of Moscow. And although they were invited as spectators, they are already seriously thinking of applying and taking part in the competition of pilots of homemade aircraft as a team. They will definitely have enough creativity.
The same can be said about many other participants of Red Bull Jump & Freeze — out of almost 90 teams that came to the start, I wanted to reward at least a few dozen.
If you follow the trends, this year superhero costumes were especially popular — Deadpool, Iron Man, the Joker and Harley Quinn, Batman and Catwoman and, of course, Superman (who eventually took the prize for the most amplitude trick).
Separately, I would like to mention the team of "Robocops", which, in addition to the most mechanized law enforcement officer, also included a large-scale combat robot with a deafening soundtrack.
