Acting both as an artist and as an object of observation, Price in his works explores women's complexes associated with food consumption through the prism of his own addiction to sweets and fast food.
"I use food as a metaphor for the ways we try to hide our real selves," Price says in the series description. The background for the artist's works becomes a space of personal privacy. A bedroom or a bath are places where it is difficult to catch a person at a meal. Such a situation is designed to emphasize the absurd criminality of food consumption.
Lee shoots her work from above - this allows her to recreate a situation where a person seems to see himself and his non-standard behavior from the outside, but still can't stop.
The heroine of Price should not be pitied or judged. Lee's photos are a kind of challenge to anyone who tries to criticize women for their absurd love of food, where the main slogan becomes the phrase "Fuck you guys!".
