In the process of fully immersing himself in the culture of the regions where he found himself, he tried to capture the human essence in his works. "A person, his thoughts, beliefs, secrets, discoveries. The human in portraits, spontaneous moments, pieces of everyday life through a series of photographs that try to establish a dialogue, evoke emotions and questions," the photographer himself says about his project.
"Sit down for a few minutes and feel a little of the pure beauty that this world opens up to us!" adds Pascal Mannerts. Well, these are really very beautiful pictures that you can look at for quite a long time.
