By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/the-most-expensive-apartments-for-sale-in-kiev.htmlAbout how the most expensive apartments that are sold in Kiev look like, the Vesti edition told.Reporter." Many sites of luxury real estate agencies have been reviewed and analyzed. However, you are mistaken if you think that the most expensive apartments are those that are sold with a ready—made interior - with furniture, chandeliers, carpets and plumbing from Europe, which can pull at half the price of the living space itself.
No — apartments without finishing, that is, just boxes with bare walls, are much more expensive — options were found for $ 9 million. Perhaps this is not accidental — it is enough to see how the interior looks in some luxury apartments. And to pay extra for "beauty" in the form of gold stucco and frames with monograms, in order to destroy it later, is somehow meaningless.
Apartments with marble and ebony — 6.5 million dollars
5-room apartments with an area of 389 "squares" on Bolshaya Zhytomyr, 24 (next to the Landscape Alley) are decorated by a design bureau in the style of French classics.
"Each room of the apartment is individual, and the style is already read at the front door, from where a magnificent view of the hall opens. From it you can go to the brightest part of the apartment — the living room, smoothly turning into a private area," the authors of the ad write.
And then there is a long list of French and Italian brands whose products the apartment is furnished with. There are marble floors made of onyx, and boiserie (decorative panels), and wallpaper made of damask silk, and plaster moldings, and lamps with bronze casting, gilding and platinum, and parquet made of oak and ebony. Everything, they say, was created by foreign masters on an individual order. And the plumbing, of course, is all imported. And a cigarette case. There is no way in such an apartment without him.
Apartment with a secret room — $ 5.3 million
You can become the owner of an exclusive apartment with an area of 500 "squares" on Shevchenko Boulevard, 11-B for $ 5.3 million.
"They are located on the 10th-11th floors, the windows and terraces offer a stunning panorama of the center of Kiev. VIP-level repairs using high—quality materials and furniture from the best manufacturers in the world," realtors write.
They add that the apartment has a spacious dressing room, an office with a secret room, a home theater, video surveillance, emergency systems of autonomous heating, electricity and hot water. That is, you can safely sit out some kind of zombie apocalypse in the dwelling. And two parking spaces in the underground parking are also assigned to the apartment.
Penthouse with a flowerbed near the SBU — $ 4.35 million
A three-level penthouse with an area of 1400 "squares" on Patorzhinsky, 14 occupies the last three floors of an elite house, which is located next to the SBU building.
According to the owners of the apartment, all the materials used in the decoration exist in a single copy. There are two living rooms, a library, three bedrooms with dressing rooms, two kitchens, five bathrooms, a cinema with an area of 30 square meters and even a bridge that leads to one of the terraces.
"On the main terrace of 400 "squares" there is a flowerbed with heather and juniper, tubs with evergreen trees, wild grapes grow along the borders. Automatic watering works on both terraces," the authors of the ad specify.
And in the apartment almost all textiles (carpets, upholstery of sofas and chairs, bedspreads, pillows) are made of animal skins. Greenpeace is indignant.
"Versailles" in Azarov's house — $ 4 million
Two-room apartment with an area of 156 sq. m. the rooms on the second floor of the house on Vladimirskaya St., 20/1 (next to St. Sophia Cathedral) are decorated in the style of "Versailles".
Gold, silver, marble, onyx are used in the decoration. The furniture is exclusively by famous designers, the walls and doors are made of mahogany. And on the ceilings there are Swarovski crystal chandeliers, a mosaic floor by Italian masters, a Smart Home and Multiroom system.
"The price also includes paintings that were purchased at auctions with passports and certificates, and a parking space in an underground parking lot," the sellers say.
The house is guarded around the perimeter. The entrance is decorated with marble and granite. Paramilitary guards are on duty in it. According to Vesti, before the escape, former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov lived in this house. Perhaps this apartment belonged to him. The seller, however, says that the hostess is a girl. But it is difficult to imagine a girl who would design the interior of her home in such gloomy colors.
Next to the Presidential Administration — 3.6 million dollars
A 5—room apartment on the 4th floor of a six-storey building is being sold in an architectural monument. The authors indicate that it is located next to the Presidential Administration on Bankova Street.
The apartment has been renovated in a classic style, and the rooms are furnished with Italian furniture. "There are all household appliances and air conditioners. Bright, quiet, Windows overlook the courtyard, there is free Parking at the entrance. And there is an elevator in the house," the sellers specify.
Compared to the others, this apartment with icons on the walls looks quite modest. It is not clear why it is so expensive.
Three floors with a turret and its own elevator — $ 3.5 million
Many probably, having seen the tower on the house, wondered who lives in it and how everything works there. An apartment with such a turret is for sale on Bankovaya, 10/1, it is three-level.
At the very top, as the owners say, there is a luxurious terrace with 360-degree panoramic views.
The authors write that the design of the dwelling was developed by the French master Xavier. There is a private elevator leading directly to the apartment. The apartment has 370 "squares" — four rooms, the largest is 150 meters, four bathrooms, a spa area, technical and utility rooms.
An apartment that plays music — $2.5 million
This is how a 6-room apartment with elements of an antique interior looks in a house on Shchors Street.
The ad says that only natural precious woods, marble, silk wallpaper are used in the decoration.
"The coolest security system has been installed, the most powerful water filters, cardio and strength simulators have found their place in the gym, and the Smart Home system monitors the comfortable temperature in the premises and finds your favorite music on the Internet itself," the ad says.
Apartments with an area of 292 sq. m are sold with everything they have, including cutlery.
Golden Apartments — $ 2.219 million
A two-room apartment with an area of 221 square meters with plaster gilded stucco is sold in a new building on Michurina str., 56/2.
The owners praise high-quality materials from world brands, from which the decoration of the room is made: parquet made of natural wood, stretch fabrics on the walls, onyx, marble, black granite.
In this apartment, they have not yet had time to fully decorate the interior (they only made bathrooms and a kitchen) — or maybe they deliberately did not do it. However, finishing in the same style of the "golden" classics no longer leaves the future owners a large field for maneuver.
