A pilot from Texas named Bill Young, who leads @myhotelcarpet with carpets in hotels he happens to visit, will surely agree with this. This is rather boring content, which for some reason is liked by a lot of social network users. What is his secret?
Pilot Bill Young's conceptual Instagram contains dozens of psychedelic (and not so much) carpet ornaments of the hotels where he stays.
Billy, on duty, has to stay in different hotels, but he prefers not to take selfies, but pictures of hotel carpets.
And it all started back in 2015, when he once discovered how strange the carpet in his room turned out to be.
Then he posted it on Instagram and got a little feedback.
Thus, Billy realized that this was a good idea and even released a whole book with carpet designs.
Nevertheless, the account of a simple pilot was infected after his daughter wrote a post on Twitter, where she asked Santa to make her father's account with carpets popular.
As it turned out, miracles do exist, and almost 400 thousand people already share Bill's interest in hotel carpets.
